Some of you know and some of you would probably like to be kept in the dark, but I have a reoccurring ear infection that loves my ears. The doctor says it's a fungus, but that word is just so ugly. I much prefer ear infection. Last night Ella and Brennan wanted to help me put in my ear drops. Ella asked me why I needed them. I explained to her that I had a fungus in my ear. Of course the next question was, "What's a fungus?" As I struggled to explain to her Brennan piped up with, "I know what a fungus is...it's a mushroom that grows on the top of a mountain." I couldn't make up this stuff if I had to!
Update: After going back to the doctor for my ear, he informed me I do not have a fungus...it's just an outer ear infection that has caused cellulitis.
