Show Off
Kids are upstairs picking up while I'm checking email this morning. Ella came downstairs to tell me, "Mom, you know that hole Brennan has in his Thomas the Train underwear? Well he's showing his private area to us. " (Not to be confused with what Brennan calls his "pirate" area.) Of course I told her to tell him that is inappropriate. I hear her yelling up the stairs at her brother, "Brennan! Mom said to stop. It's not a show off treasure hunt!"

Talk about putting words in your mouth! Of course, by today's standards, it's all about who you ask. Some people think it is precisely that, particularly among the male gender. If your poor dad was here, he might have gone into shock . . . remember how embarrassed he would get when things started to get steamy on the TV and he would quickly change the channel? It is so fascinating what comes into the minds of children in lightning speed. Except for his screams, no one can accuse Brennan of acting like a girl. He's pure man-child.
Besides, I don't think we have too much cause for concern unless Brennan grows up to use the phrase "Ahoy, Matey!" for his pick-up line.
Thats way funny!
